Day 1 Arrive Bangkok
On arrival in Bangkok international Airport transfer to your hotel. In the evening board a dinner Cruise (“Along the ‘River of Kings”). A memorable evening on board one of Bangkok’s most luxurious restaurant boats, enjoy the variety of Thai dishes whilst the band keep you entertained.
Day 2 Bangkok
A day in Bangkok Visit the Royal Palace, the Wats and enjoy the many markets enjoy the Thai Cuisine.
Day 3 Bangkok - Chiang Mai
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Chang Mai we check you into your hotel. In the afternoon visit the stunning Doi Suthep temple through the windy mountain road up on the mountain top. Here you can take in the stunning views of Chang Mai below. Returning to the hotel in time for dark we can give you directions on local markets and entertainment areas for you to visit to make the most of your Chang Mai experience. Well known for its night market that is open every night and if the timing is right the every other Sunday street market where some of the best bargains in Thailand can be found, especially northern Thai Silk.
Day 4 Chiang Mai
Free day in Chiang Mai
Day 5 Chiang Mai - Luang Prabang
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Luang Prabang transfer to your hotel to either relax or spend the evening walking around this majestically colonial French town with its splendid architecture and temples
Day 6 Luang Prabang
Spend the morning exploring the Wats and visiting the Royal Palace after Lunch free to enjoy the tranquillity of this UNESCO World heritage site evening free to by the river or shop in the night market.
Day 7 Luang Prabang
Spend the day with the elephants or on a cooking class in Luang Prabang
Day 8 Luang Prabang - Hanoi
Fly to Hanoi the capital of Vietnam, on arrival in Hanoi spend the rest of the day sightseeing you will see the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the Restored Sword lake before having dinner by the lake.
Day 9 Hanoi
Spend the day in Hanoi
Day 10 Hanoi - Halong Bay
Depart at 8am from your hotel in Hanoi to Halong Bay. Halong bay was the first place in Vietnam to gain world heritage status in 1994. There are nearly 3,000 limestone and dolomite islets and rock sculptures covering 1,500 km². After 3 hours driving and viewing simple, country side, rice paddy life, arrive at the at port. Board your boat an authentic Chinese Junk and start your amazing cruise through this World Heritage Site. Lunch is served onboard, a selection of the freshest seafood. Visit "the amazing cave", followed by a swim in the tranquillity of Halong Bay and its emerald water. Cruise further into a quiet area where we will anchor and stay overnight. Dinner and relax as the sun sets. Then you are free to swim in the phosphorous water, retire to your cabin, or fall asleep under the stars amidst the magic of Halong on the top deck
Day 11 Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue
The tour continues with a morning spent cruising through the local bays including the Tortoise islands, take a small bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave. After brunch check out and continue to travel though Bai Tu Long to Bai Chay where you will say goodbye to this wonderful bay and transfer back to Hanoi for flight to Hue. This small and quiet city is widely known for its magnificent architecture, pagodas and royal tombs laid in many small villages and surrounding hills.
Day 12 Hue
Explore the city of Hue starting with a boat cruise upstream on the Perfume River which will give you a taste of the scenic countryside as well as an enjoyable visit to the beautiful pagoda of Thien Mu. Continue to the Emperor Minh Mang’s mausoleum, in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. The next stop of your trip is the elaborate royal tomb of Emperor Tu Duc and the famous Tu Hieu. You'll spend this afternoon visiting Hue with the massive citadel, containing the Imperial City and the Purple Forbidden City. This Royal Residence was destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive; however it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins of the Vietnam history timeline.
Day 13 Hue – Danang – Hoi An
Upon leaving Hue drive south to Hoi An, which was originally a Cham seaport but has been influenced down the centuries by traders from various cultures. The scenic road hugs the coastline before crossing over the winding Hai Van pass. The view from the top over the coast is breath taking. Stop en route to visit the Cham Museum in Danang City, China Beach and the Marble Mountain, whose peaks represent the five elements of the universe, before finally arriving Hoi An
Day 14 Hoi An

Day 15 Hoi An – Danang – Ho Chi Minh
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh, arrive in Ho Chi Minh transfer to your hotel; spend the rest of the day free at leisure
Day 16 Ho Chi Minh
Explore the financial Capital of Vietnam formerly known as Saigon. Visit the Reunification Palace, the War Museum, the Jade Emperor Pagoda and Notre Dame Cathedral. After lunch visit the Chu Chi Tunnels. The tunnel system covers close to 200km and went right under the US air base. The tunnels used to span from Close to the Cambodian border right to the edge of Ho Chi Minh City a show of the Vietnamese is will and determination the tunnels even included schools and field hospitals.
