Day 2 Tad Lo – Trekking – Pakse (B/L)
Spend the morning free to relax by the waterfall and watch the elephants being bathed, after breakfast we take a short walk along the stream to a Katu Ethnic Village where you can experience and see first-hand their culture and traditions. Returning to Pakseyour vehicle will be waiting for your return trip to Pakse. On the way stop at the village of Lao Ngam, home of the Katu people, here they have a strong tradition of silk weaving, and have many beautiful garments on display and for sale made by the local villagers. It's now time to head back to Pakse but not before seeing one last waterfall. Tad Paxuam is a distinctive circular shaped waterfall which flows into a deep pool that is featured on many postcards of Laos.Today’s drive takes about 2 – 3 hours depending on time taken for stops and covers 90 km. The trek takes about 2 hours return trip (~10 km)
