When displaying our tour prices we have included international flights from the UK in all our packages. All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website – as are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. The prices indicated are based on economy flights and where possible we have included direct flights. If you are looking to travel in Premium Economy, Business or First Class or are looking for cheaper non direct flights where available we can certainly review our tailor-made package for you. What else is included in our tour packages? If you are looking to book land only tours or short excursions please to get in touch for a quote which we will be happy to provide. Depending on our group size we will either send a local tour leader or international tour leader to run the trip and they will accompany you for the full duration Tailor-Made Tours Our prices are based on two people travel and sharing a room if you are more than two people in a group the price will be considerably less! The larger your group the cheaper our trip will be. Group Tours The price of our tours don’t include Visa Fees although for some destinations we can help arrange the Visa at discounted prices. We run a selection of group tours and if you are a single traveler we welcome you to join the group. There will be a room supplement which we will subsidize if you are looking for a private room. If you are willing to share with another traveler and there is another traveler able to share with you on the group we won’t charge any supplement. Land only Tours If you are booking a land only tour this price will include all internal flights shown on the itinerary and there will be no hidden costs. Transport will be arranged with private air-conditioned vehicles and when on a tailored-made tour train travel will be in private cabin. All our trips are tailor-made and we can arrange tours from a few days to a month or longer. For shorter tours have a look at our short excursions for some inspiration or contact us. What is not included in our tour packages? Accommodation is normally based on 2 people sharing a room if you have a child or are a family we can tailor the price to include an extra bed or family room if required. All activities, sightseeing and visits listed in the itinerary are included in the price and there will be no extra charges during the trip. Airport Transfers are included in the price; if you are arriving a few days before the trip is due to start we can certainly arrange the transfer for you! Some meals are included in our packages and these will be confirmed to you. International departure taxes where they are not included in the ticket and payable at the airport Insurance |
